it's that time again! On Sunday, May 7, 2023, the South Tyrolean Bacon Day will take place in Naturno - a day dedicated to good taste and South Tyrolean cultural heritage. From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. you will have the opportunity to get to know the characteristics of South Tyrolean Speck PGI and its versatile use in the kitchen. A chef will present on the big stage how creative cooking with bacon can be, while at the gourmet market local producers will reveal their knowledge about the production of this quality product.

 

 

In addition to the culinary highlights, a varied supporting program awaits you. Live music and a children's corner enrich the cheerful program hosted by Silvia Fontanive and her daughter Stella. So you can enjoy the day relaxed and let yourself be enchanted by the atmosphere.
